In the situation where the item purchased you receive is faulty or damaged through the 

delivery process, you are entitled to a refund, exchange or refund (to the original form of payment) In this case, please contact our Customer Service team (within 7 days of receiving your item) to arrange a return via post. Another option is to visit our Sydney store (Address below) and we can assess the claim. A repair or replacement will be issued should the item have a manufacturing fault.


Bellatari cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. We recommend using a registered postal service when returning an item.

Where a store credit is valid, we will communicate via email to confirm once this has been processed.

All items purchased on sale are final. Sale items are not available for an exchange, credit or refund. Please choose carefully.

Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by bellatari.


How to process a return

Customers must contact bellatari Pty Ltd by email within 7 days from the date of purchase in order to make a return claim based on our Return Policy.

In order to process your exchange or credit note, please email with the following information:

  • Original Order Reference Number

  • Date of Purchase

  • Items to be returned for a credit note, or refund.

  • State the reason for return. Please provide photos of the item should this be a damage claim.

Bellatari Pty Ltd will not be responsible for return shipping costs (other than faulty items) for the exchange or change of mind items. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.
